Making Electric Roller Bender
The bending machine is adapted to my needs. To make the bending rollers, I used sliding gate roller that I once bought with the intention of building a mini wood sawmill but plans changed and I decided to use the rollers in this project. The electric gear motor 0,55KW I used is too fast to drive such a bending machine, so I had to use an inverter to reduce the speed. The bender worked very well, bending evenly and precisely, without deforming the pipes.

I would have made the main orange lift arm longer, then the pulley arm could extend out farther giving a longer reach. Especially for the lighter projects

Absolutely brilliant fabrication job, well done! Your hydraulic controls are both backwards. As you pull the lever the bucket should always come towards the operator, it's more natural this way.

Quite complicated Why not to use complete drive axle from mobility wheelchair with controler . In my option I had to make wheel adaptors to fit garden wheels. Another type to use is golf cart and cutting deck added electric or gasoline , Vey nice construction and work.
